6. Privacy-Minimization Approach

- with your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell your personal information for cash in the ordinary course of operating WOTA Network.

10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of storage, transmission, or online operation is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for safeguarding your devices, wallet tools, and any credentials you use with the Services.
11. International Use
If you access the Services from outside the jurisdiction where our systems are operated, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions with different privacy laws than your own.
By using the Services, you consent to such transfers to the extent permitted by law.

These rights are not absolute and may be limited by security needs, fraud prevention, dispute preservation, technical constraints, legal requirements, or the nature of public blockchain records.
13. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services such as wallets, verification tools, hosting providers, analytics providers, storage providers, and blockchain infrastructure.
